    Total: 1.5 Hours
    Land Water
    Part 1: Land Training (30 min)

    Powering Your Performance Out of the Water We bridge the gap between the gym and the pool. By targeting strength, flexibility, and endurance, we ensure you have the physical edge needed to meet the intense demands of artistic swimming.

    Part 2: Water Training (1 hour)

    Basics to Brilliance Develop your coordination through a mix of technical figures, choreographed routines, and musical timing. We provide the tools you need to feel strong, graceful, and confident in every performance.

In Duet ,Solo, and Team events, participants also incorporate a range of creative and acrobatic moves, showcasing both strength and skill.

    Yes, you'll need to be able to swim at least 25 yards in freestyle to start artistic swimming.

    • Figures – Assessment of basic skills and positions.
    • Routines – Further divided into:
      • Free Routine – Creative choreography focusing on artistic expression.
      • Technical Routine – Includes required technical elements evaluated according to competition standards.
    • Competition by Athlete Composition – Routines can be performed in various formats:
      • Solo – Male or female athlete
      • Duet – Female or mixed pair
      • Trio – Female or mixed group
      • Team Routine – 4 to 8 athletes
      • Combination – 8 to 12 athletes

    Artistic swimming offers numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness,teamwork ,strength, flexibility, coordination, and teamwork skills. It also provides a fun and social way to stay active.

    Yes, boys can participate in artistic swimming. While it is often associated with female athletes, artistic swimming is open to all genders and encourages participation from everyone regardless of gender.
