Focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance to prepare for the physical demands of artistic swimming.

Part 2: Water Training (1 hour)

Learn artistic swimming basics, routines, figures, and musical elements to build coordination and confidence.

Our mission is to be a leading force in the aquatic community of Atlanta, Georgia, inspiring individuals of all ages and backgrounds to discover their full potential through swimming and artistic swimming. This vision is led by our founder, Dasom, an Olympian who was selected to the South Korean National Team at the age of 14. She qualified for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and later trained as a duet athlete in preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

  • Competition by Athlete Composition – Routines can be performed in various formats:
    • Solo – Male or female athlete
    • Duet – Female or mixed pair
    • Trio – Female or mixed group
    • Team Routine – 4 to 8 athletes
    • Combination – 8 to 12 athletes
